WHS Staff Development Funds Request

 

Procedure for requesting funds:

  1. Each person must submit his or her own form. 
  2. Fill out District #518 form (tan).  Make sure the costs are as accurate as possible (e.g. taxes, etc,. included for hotel rates and the district mileage chart used to determine gas costs.)  Make sure all receipts that are not prepaid are turned in.
  3. Complete this building application sheet (white).
  4. Complete a sub request form and call or email Subfinder.
  5. Submit the district form, the building form, the sub request, registration forms, and a copy of the conference or meeting brochure to the Staff Development Committee. Committee members are: Jodi Hansen, Jan Larsen, Myrna Nystrom, Scott Backer.
