Feather a Photo

Select photo or part of photo to be feathered using Marquee, Lasso or Magic Wand

Go to Select at the top and then choose Feather

Choose number in Feather Radius box- say ok

Open New layer or location you want to put picture

Copy and past, or drag and drop in new location
