Worthington High School is a modern technologically advanced high school providing excellent educational opportunities to more than 850 students. Educators at Worthington High School are extremely dedicated to the young people of this community. Our shared vision encompasses meeting the needs of all learners through establishing a collaborative culture with a focus on learning and results. We provide extensive course offerings to respond to the individual interests and learning needs of students. We also offer numerous sports, clubs and after-school activities to enhance students’ experience as they begin to explore post-secondary education and career options. We are devoted to meeting the social, emotional, and academic needs of every student.

  • Trojan Speech Team

    The Trojan Speech Team attended the Marshall Speech Spectacular January 29th and 30th. Five speakers advanced to quarter final rounds: Christopher Mayorga, Juston Bents, Theo Oputa, Camela Wede and Karina Cuate. Karina went advanced to Semi finals and in the final round she placed 4th overall in Extemporaneous Reading.   Read More...

  • PSEO/College Option Information Night

    The Postsecondary Enrollment Option(PSEO) program is a way for high school students to take college classes while still enrolled in high school and receive both high school and college credit for the classes. Participating students take college classes free of charge. All Worthington High School students who are considering participating in the PSEO program next year and their parents must attend an informational meeting in order to be able to register for the program.   Read More...

  • ACT plus Writing Offered to Juniors on April 19, 2016

     Juniors at Worthington High School will be taking the ACT plus writing test on Tuesday, April 19, 2016. Current legislation requires that districts provide the opportunity for juniors to participate in a national college entrance exam during the school day.  Additional information may be obtained by speaking from the high school counselors.  All juniors are encouraged to take advantage of the opportunity to take the ACT plus writing at no charge.     Read More...

  • PSEO (Postsecondary Enrollment Options)
