To pass a band award:

steady beat with your foot and play the correct rhythms. Play with good tone and no mistakes.

Scales must
be memorized, and written work (if any) completed in pencil.
·
You are allowed one chance
per day to pass a band award. If you
pass, you can go on to the next band
award. If you don’t pass, you have to wait until the
next day for another chance to pass.
