International Festival

Entertaining and enlightening, the Festival will be held on the Nobles County Courthouse Square in downtown Worthington, Minnesota. In addition to the entertainment described below, there will be ethnic food and information booths. The Festival is free, but free will donations will be accepted.

This event is sponsored by the Cultural Awareness Organization with financial support from area businesses.

Quinceañera Presentation at 2008 International Festival

Local high school students presented an educational program about Quinceañera traditions at the 2008 International Festival.  Participants in the group included: Vanessa Alvarado, Nancy Duron, Yuricza Arauz, Monica Campos, Cynthia Sauceda, Susana Murilla, Carlos Casarez, Daniel Alvarado, Jesus Wheeler and    .  Nancy Landeros and Cristina Guajardo were the NCIC staff members who worked with the group and narrated the program.
