Undergraduate Studies: Worthington Community College Mankato State University Graduate Studies: University of Minnesota-Marshall University of Minnesota-Mankato Where did you work prior to 518? Austin Public Schools What are some of your favorite pastimes when not working? Camping Boating Gardening Reading Movies What do you like about kids? I truly enjoy their enthusiasm and desire to learn. I also like learning about who they are, their dreams and excitement about life. If you could go anywhere in the world where would you go and why? A tropical rainforest. I would like to see a rainforest because there are so many interesting species of wildlife and plants. My first ‘official’ teaching position was here in Worthington! What are some of your favorite pastimes when not working? My number one past time is spending time with my two boys. I also enjoy camping, pheasant hunting, and playing sports. What do you like about kids? I enjoy seeing the excitement on their faces when they learn or discover something new. If you could go anywhere in the world where would you go and why? I would take my family to Disney World. If the magic fairy came along and gave you her wand for one wish what would you use it for? I’d give it to someone that needed it more than I do.
