SPECIAL BOARD MEETING                                                                                June 15, 2007

A special meeting of the School Board of Independent School District No. 518, Worthington, Minnesota, was held at the District Administration Office, 1117 Marine Avenue, Minnesota, on June 15, 2007, at 7:30 a.m.

The following were present:  BOARD MEMBERS – Bob Jirele, Steve Schnieder, Lori Dudley, Joel Lorenz, Paul Langseth, Lowell Nystrom, Linden Olson

ADMINISTRATORS – John Landgaard, Superintendent, Dave Skog, Director of Management Services

1.            Motion by Member Dudley, seconded by Member Langseth and unanimously passed to approve the agenda for the June 15, 2007, Special School Board meeting.

2.            Motion by Member Olson, seconded by Member Langseth to go to closed session for teacher negotiation strategy.  Motion carried 7 to 0.

Into closed session 7:31 a.m.

Returned to open session at 8:39 a.m.

3.            Discussion in closed session related to teacher negotiation strategy.

Meeting adjourned at 8:40 a.m.
