Hatha Yoga for Beginners                                               $52

One of the advantages of yoga is that it can be practiced by people of all ages.  Hatha Yoga is a low-impact yoga based on three principles: breathing/pranayama, exercise/asanas, and relaxation/meditation.  The class will learn basic yoga poses and gentle stretches to keep the body in natural alignment.  Why should you do yoga?  Yoga helps with flexibility, deep relaxation, strength building, balance and coordination, happiness, and a general sense of well-being.  Hatha yoga is for anyone of any age or fitness level.  No previous yoga knowledge necessary.  All that is required is a willingness to learn and have fun.
