Fishin’ on Ice                                                                       $30

Mike Frisch is a professional fisherman from the Fergus Falls, MN area who is a multi-species fishing guide and tournament angler.  In addition, Mike has written hundreds of how-to fishing stories that have been published in places like "Fishing Facts Magazine", "MidWest Outdoors", and "Minnesota Sportsman".  Mike pursues several species of fish during the open-water season and once ice forms as well.  Fishin' School On Ice will take a multi-species approach.  Walleye fishing will be covered by taking a look at finding and catching aggressive, early ice fish and then shift focus to the mid-winter season when walleye fishing can be more difficult.  Panfish species like crappies, perch, and bluegills will also be covered.  Sonar use has become a very important and popular aspect of winter fishing and Fishin' School On Ice features actual hands-on instruction utilizing fully powered sonar units.  Mike will also have other ice fishing equipment on hand to show and provide instruction with.  Fishin' School On Ice also includes fast-action video footage from the popular "Fishing The Midwest with Bob Jensen" television series as well as an extensive question and answer session.  Mike's Fishin' School class has been very well received across the state of Minnesota and Fishin' School On Ice will be an exciting, informative extension of that well received offering.  Please join us for a night that promises to make you a better ice angler!  All ages are welcome.
