Threats to the safety of our students and staff are taken seriously and will always be investigated and pursued. The situation is currently under investigation by the Worthington Police Department. ISD 518 is working closely with WPD and decisions made by the school district reflect meetings and discussions with local law enforcement. School at ISD 518 will continue today with a two hour late start schedule and increased security across the district.
Our community exhibited swiftness when reporting this threat. We ask that staff, students, and the public continue to be vigilant and report any suspicious activity to local authorities.
