Succession Planning is the process that business owners use to make plans for when they retire or move on. It can involve developing internal people to fill key leadership positions or the sale of the business to another business or individual. Succession planning and business transitions can take many years, so business owners of all ages are invited to participate. Additionally, entrepreneurs who are interested in opening a business are invited to attend to find out how to plan for and make the necessary connections to start a business. A high-quality series of workshops on Succession Planning will be offered in Worthington, with monthly session January through May.
