Open Enrollment for employee benefits is May 15- May 26.

Please read the information below in its entirety.

Enrollment for benefits will be passive this year. This means, if you do nothing during open enrollment, your benefits, (excluding H SA elections and Flexible Spending Accounts (both Medical and Dependent Care) will rollover to the new plan year.

It is HIGHLY ENCOURAGED that you log into the benefit system following the steps detailed below, to review your current benefit elections.  Now is the time to change, drop or add to your employee benefits for the July 1, 2023- June 30, 2024, plan year. It’s also a great time to ensure you have all your beneficiaries updated for any applicable coverage(s).

YOU MUST COMPLETE ENROLLMENT IF:

  1. You want to continue/elect a Flexible Spending Account for Medical or Dependent Care for July 1, 2023-June 30, 2024. If you do not re-elect these plans, they will stop effective June 30, 2023. FSA elections will never roll over since the IRS requires participants to actively re-enroll due to pretax status.
  2. You have a Health Savings Account (H SA) and want to contribute additional (out of your own pocket) via a payroll deduction to your Health Savings Account for the new plan year. The employer’s contribution will be automatically contributed as applicable.
  3. You want to change your beneficiaries for any of your current coverages. Do you have a beneficiary for your Wex HSA account, life, or other applicable coverages?
  4. You want to update or review your current elections and demographic information for you and your covered dependent(s).
