Three things to know about the Permanent School Fund amendment:
1. The Permanent School Fund already exists and has supported Minnesota schools for generations.
2. The amendment would modernize the distribution formula so schools can benefit from more of the fund’s investment growth.
3. It would not raise individual income or property taxes.
Every Minnesota public school district receives funding from the Permanent School Fund.
This November, voters will decide whether to help those resources work more effectively for today’s students while preserving the fund’s purchasing power for the future.
**Make sure you flip over your ballot to vote on this important MN Constitutional Amendment!**
