  • A Quick History of WMS

    Worthington Middle School was originally built in 1981 as Worthington Junior High School, housing grades 7-9. As education, technology, and enrollment have changed, so has the school. Classrooms were converted to computer labs, smaller classrooms became special education classrooms and as our population has become more diverse, we have had to create English Learner classrooms.As our student enrollment has continued to grow, our facilities have had to change to keep up.   Read More...

  • New "Trojan Athletic Gear" Now Available

    Students designed and are now selling "Trojan Athletic Gear" merchandise at all home sporting events.  "Trojan Athletic Gear" is also available for purchase in room 328 at the Worthington High School daily from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm.  New Adidas product prices are as follows: red crew sweatshirt $60 (small through XXL), black athletic hoodie $50 (small through XXL), and gray dri fit t-shirt $25 (mens cut small through XXL; ladies cut small through large).   Read More...

  • Fall Spanish PASS Classes Concluded

    PASS classes offered this fall, included two Spanish Prairie Elementary Phase I classes and one Spanish Middle School Phase I class. There were 19 parent graduates. The Prairie Elementary graduations and principal’s dialogue by Heidi Meyer, were held at West Learning Center.   Read More...
