The purpose of professional development for District 518 is to provide opportunities for staff to enhance their professional knowledge and skills.

Create and sustain a culture of continuous learning that provides equitable access to professional learning through multiple pathways that consider the needs of diverse learners.
Goal:
The goal for professional development is to work collaboratively with district wide teams develop a professional learning program focused on instructional practices to increase student achievement.
