Independent School District 518 partners with Teachers On Call to fill substitute teacher and paraprofessional positions. To become a substitute teacher or paraprofessional, please visit www.teachersoncall.com > Apply Now, or the direct link at https://www.teachersoncall.com/talent/apply-now and complete an online application for employment. If you are already employed by Teachers On Call in a surrounding district, please contact Teachers On Call to add ISD 518 to your school options. You need not reapply.

Step 2: Once Teachers On Call receives your application, they will contact you for an interview.
Step 3: After the interview, Teachers On Call will provide instruction for you to complete necessary new hire paperwork and applicable trainings, as well as obtain any required education or certification documents. TOC will also submit a criminal background check at no cost to you.
Step 4: You are hired! Complete orientation, receive access to our Absence Management (Red Rover) system, and you can begin substituting!
