Worthington Independent School District offers a variety of benefits for our employees. Based on the employee’s position and master agreement, staff is eligible for a District contribution to help offset the cost of insurance. New staff of ISD 518 who are determined benefit eligible have 30 days from their start date to enroll in insurance benefits. Annual open enrollment is offered for employees who may have missed their 30 day deadline or if they’d like to add/drop benefits. Depending on the employee’s status of part-time or full time the District’s contribution will differ, the contribution will be prorated based on the hire date and months of eligible coverage.
