Learning Center Art

The Worthington Area Learning Center Art Department prides itself on creating an inviting and nurturing environment. Our students are continually encouraged to explore their creative personal voice through social, cultural, and historical contexts that influence them as young artists. Visual Art challenges our students in ways that exercise their brains, and teaches them to be creative thinkers and problem solvers; a valuable asset to any career path they may choose. Art students at ALC have opportunities to take a wide variety of visual art classes that maybe hard to find at most High Schools in our Tri-State area; classes offered include: Art Appreciation,  Intro to Art, Drawing & Printmaking, Painting, Crafts.
