John Curran – Coach

High School – Lettered in Basketball, Baseball and Track; participated in Speech and Boxing

College – St. Cloud State Teachers’ College – Football, Captain; Basketball; Baseball

Teaching – Taught Physical Education at Worthington High School in the 1940’s until 1951

Coach – Head Cross Country, Track, and Gymnastics; Cross Country team finished second in the state in 1946; Track team finished second in the state in 1947; Coached one state champion in cross country and one state champion in track; Gymnastics teams finished in the top five in the state from 1945 to 1950

He was inducted into the Trojan Hall of Fame in 1998.
