Kindergarten Registration

Forms were mailed to families in early February. If you didn’t receive a registration form, please call the school at 507.727.1250 and we will get one to you!
Students must be 5 years old by September 1 to be able to enroll in kindergarten.
Drop off your completed forms at the Prairie Office or mail forms to: Prairie Elementary School, 1700 1st Ave SW, Worthington, MN 56187
