Kindergarten – 12th Grade

Family & Community Liaisons take care of registrations for District 518, and they are available to register students through the summer.

Offices are located at Community Education, 827 Crailsheim Rd, Worthington

Documents needed to register a new student:
* Birth certificate
* Immunization records
* Power of Attorney (if applicable)
* Information from previous school (if transferring)
