Worthington High School is a modern technologically advanced high school providing excellent educational opportunities to more than 850 students. Educators at Worthington High School are extremely dedicated to the young people of this community. Our shared vision encompasses meeting the needs of all learners through establishing a collaborative culture with a focus on learning and results. We provide extensive course offerings to respond to the individual interests and learning needs of students. We also offer numerous sports, clubs and after-school activities to enhance students’ experience as they begin to explore post-secondary education and career options. We are devoted to meeting the social, emotional, and academic needs of every student.

  • MSHSL Visual Arts Contest

    Several WHS Students participated in the MSHSL Visual Arts Contest on April 22nd, in Chanhassen MN. The students competed with 14 other schools from Central MN and the Metro area, in the annual competition. Worthington Students were honored to bring home awards for their excellent artistic abilities. Students pictured (left to right) Emily Souksavath received a superior rating in Ceramics, for her ceramic vase titled “Floating Lotus”.   Read More...

  • Digital Photography Competition

    Several WHS students participated in the Digital Photography competition held at the SWWC Service Cooperative on December 8th.  Professional sports photographer, Greg Devereaux, shared tips and tricks with the students on how to take great action shots.Congratulations to Than Than Kyaw who received first place in the “elements” category and Julio Morales who was awarded second place in the landscape category.   • PSEO (Postsecondary Enrollment Options)
