Learning Center Ribbon Cutting and Open House
The Independent School District 518 administration and school board would like to extend an open invitation to a ribbon cutting ceremony and open house for ISD 518’s new facility, the Learning Center. This event will be taking place on November 14th from 2:00 to 6:00 p.m. at the Learning Center with the ribbon cutting ceremony taking place at 2:00 p.m. This event is open to members of the public.
Located at 825 North Crailsheim Road in Worthington, Minnesota, the Learning Center is the newest facility in District 518. This building currently serves nearly 100 students as well as the district’s gymnastics team. The building was completed in August 2019 and has been in use since the middle of that month. Students attending this facility were previously taught in the Area Learning Center portion of District 518’s West Learning Center building.
