Football – Lettered three years; All Conference; Daily Globe All-Area; All-State; WCCO Player of the Week; WCCO Team of the Year; WHS Most Valuable Offensive Player; Participant on State Tournament teams in both 1983 and 1984

Wrestling – Lettered one year; All-Conference; Qualified for Individual State Tournament at 167 lbs; Team State Tournament Participant

Baseball – Lettered two years

College – Worthington Community College (football), Bemidji State University (football), and Alexandria Technical College

Dave currently resides in Wyoming, MN with his wife, Cathryn, and children, Brady and Courtney. He is employed as a Sergeant for the St. Paul Police Dept. He was inducted into the Trojan Hall of Fame in 2013.
