Kindergarten Registration

Independent School District 518 Prairie Elementary Kindergarten Registration is now open. Forms were mailed to families in early February. If you didn’t receive a registration form, please call the school at (507) 727-1250 and we will get one to you! Drop off your completed forms at the Prairie office, or mail forms to: Prairie Elementary School, 1700 1st Ave SW, Worthington, MN 56187
