Ameritas Vision Insurance

ISD 518 offers Voluntary Vision Insurance through Ameritas to all eligible employees.

The Vision Insurance plan is voluntary and there is no employer contribution. Employees who elect to enroll in will pay the full premium cost of the plan selected via payroll deduction. See the Ameritas Vision Plan Summary for more information about coverage.

You may enroll in Vision Insurance coverage during the annual open enrollment period or with a qualifying event. You have 30 days from the date you lose coverage to enroll in vision coverage.
