Pre Algebra

One Term Grades 9, 10

*Required for incoming HS students who have not demonstrated mastery of the preliminary skills required for Algebra 1.

This course is designed for students who need remediation in the fundamentals of math as they enter high school. The course will have specific units involving number sense, integer operations, fractions, order of operations, and variable expressions. This course will prepare students with the foundation needed to be successful in Algebra 1. This course will receive HS elective credit but not HS math credit.
