This class is designed to broaden your understanding of agriculture in the areas of beef production, building construction, meat science, plant sciences, and soil sciences. A variety of application activities and field trips will provide a well-rounded learning experience. You will further develop and expand career experiences and build leadership skills. No prerequisite needed to take this course.
