One Term Grade 12 Elective
Is there life after high school? This course is designed to help you make plans for your future career. You will have time to research college options, fill out college or job applications, complete your FAFSA and apply to scholarships in class. You will create a professionally appealing resume’ and study job interview techniques. A mock interview will be done in class with a local businessperson, and you will use class time to complete a job shadow in an occupation of your choice. You will research your lifestyle choices and use them to create a personal budget that includes your college payback plan for life after you enter your career.
