American Authors B
One Term Grade 11 Required
This course includes the study of American authors and their works beginning with modern literature and extending through contemporary literature. Students will examine the characteristics of writing for each period. Emphasis will be placed on the American Dream and how the literature of each era reflects this theme. Students will write in response to literature.
