Interior Design
One Term Grades 10, 11, 12 Elective
Transform the space around you into a functional, attractive, and comfortable environment. This course will take a hands-on approach to the elements and principles of design. Topics will include various areas including flooring, wall coverings, windows, fabrics, furnishings, lighting, green living, organizing space and more. Students will use the Home Designer (CAD) program to create an original project, along with a visual display board to understand what it involves having a career in Interior Design. Included fieldtrips, and guest speakers to inspire students for their final designs.
